IMAGINE WITH HPC.
Here’s our solution to a growing problem through sustainable fashion. Who would have ever thought that we can take the waste literally off your back and repurpose it.
We started with bags and now we have expanded to clothes. Take a minute to peruse how we turn excess into unique one of a kind products.
Step 1: Get the goods. You have to find them. Good news is that they are normally not far from arms reach. Check your closets, office supply drawers, and operations teams to get started.
Step 2: Once you have the materials you can get them in one place ideally. This will make it easy for pick up and mailing.
Step 3: Think about who needs to be rewarded on your team. Or better yet think of the values your organization wants to communicate. Got it? This may take a little time but you can always consult with a manager or executive at the company for questions on this. It shows you are syncing with the organization.
Step 4: Once you have the tagline you can pick from gifts to execute your vision with. Cheap promo products won’t do this. It has to be a meaningful gift. Don’t compare your ROI with swag but rather compare it to recruiting that talented team and communicating the vision. Remember it is easier to retain talent than it is to go and find new talent.
Step 5: Don’t worry if you don’t have your own materials for this type of project. The good news is that it doesn’t have to be your materials that are used for the order. Think of all the great quotes in history. You don’t have to be Winston Churchill or Abraham Lincoln to quote them to get your point across. The same goes for these upcycled projects - it is the thought that counts.
