Shipping destinations:

  • We ship both domestically and worldwide.

Shipping times:

  • Domestic orders take 7-10 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-2 business days.
  • International orders take 10-15 business days to be delivered via Fedex, UPS, or DHL and we ship within same 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
  • Make-to-order items may take longer than timelines above. Make-to-order item approximate timelines will be specified on product page. Please review timelines prior to check out.

Shipping cost:

  • All domestic orders will have free shipping.
  • International order shipping rates start at $30 and will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both domestic & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  • We also accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day the item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email info@hamiltonperkins.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Don't worry if you don't see any movement yet! As soon as we have your bag ready for shipping we will send a tracking. As a reminder, some bags are make-to-order and may take at least 10-15 business days to ship. In some cases we are sourcing more recycled materials to avoid wastage in our production process. We will let you know if things are taking a bit longer than expected and we appreciate your patience in this event. 

Each bag is different and unique. Our bags are all one-of-a-kind. No two bags are the same. Some bags have text and graphics while others might be a solid color.

For bags made from recycled material cloth and canvas:

These bags are best to be spot-cleaned. We recommend that you clean soiled areas with light soap and water. Do not place bag in washing machine. Let air dry when cleaning is complete. Scrub lightly to avoid discoloration. Due to the recycled material composition bags may result in irreversible damage. 

For bags made from pineapple leaf fiber:

These bags are able to be cleaned with soapy water. If the bags have heavier dirt that can not be cleaned easily your may lightly rinse with warm water. Do not fully submerge the bag in water. Submerging the product could cause irreversible damage.

Let the bag air dry after cleaning. Avoid heat sources to speed up the drying process. Do not place the bag in a washing machine or dryer.

Colorless wax can be applied to the bag once it is dry. You can apply a small amount to a dry and soft cloth. You should rub sparingly in a circular motion until fully absorbed.

The bags can be buffed and waxed with a dry cloth.
